Nina Vaca discusses board diversity at Hispanic Heritage Foundation event

Nina Vaca spoke that the Hispanic Heritage Foundation Investors Group Fifth Annual Conference on June 29, 2018 in New York. The fireside chat on board diversity was moderated by Maria Giraldo, Managing Director of Guggenheim Partners.

The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) is a nonprofit organization established by the White House that promotes leadership and cultural pride to position Latino leaders. The HHF Investors Group is focused on educational trainings for Latino business professionals including trustees, investment staff, asset managers, and other industry stakeholders.

During her fireside chat, Nina focused her attention to the importance of good governance on corporate boards, drawing from her experience serving on the boards of Comerica Inc., Kohl’s Corporation, and Cinemark Holdings.
