Nina Vaca spoke on a diversity and inclusion panel hosted by American Airlines on April 12, 2018 in Fort Worth, Texas. Nina shared the stage with American Airlines’ Susana Brown, expert technologist and entrepreneurial-minded managing director.
Nina and Susana connected on the value of putting people first when running an organization and supporting employees. They also built off of their shared Ecuadorian heritage and how that background contributes to their leadership values.
When prompted to consider her own company, Pinnacle Group, and the road to success, Nina simply stated, “I can’t take any credit. Pinnacle has been built by our employees to be what it is today.”
