Triathlete cycles over 170 miles for multiple sclerosis with Team BP

Nina Vaca powered through a 170 mile ride from Houston to Austin with Team BP to propel multiple sclerosis (MS) research forward while also helping those already affected by MS.

The BP MS 150 is a two day fundraising bike ride organized by the National MS Society. This ride is the largest event of its kind in North America with more than 10,000 cyclists and 3,000 volunteers all working together. The fundraising goal for this event was $14 million to bring hope to many who are affected by multiple sclerosis

“This isn’t a race. It’s a ride for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society,” says Nina. “I’ve heard so many moving stories about people living with MS. They were my true inspiration to keep pedaling to Austin!”
