Nina Vaca appeared alongside leaders of three iconic North Texas brands March 9 as part of a panel about customer service that VisitDallas hosted at Southwest Airlines headquarters in Dallas.
The panel was one of several sessions at the Customer Service Master Class,. which catered to workers in the hospitality industry. The event was hosted in partnership with Southwest Airlines and VisitDallas, a not-for-profit organization that promotes Dallas as a business and travel destination.
The panel featuring Vaca, Founder, CEO & Chairman of Pinnacle Group, was called: The Customer Service Experience – Creating Fans for Life! The other panelists included Kelli Finglass, Director of The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders; John Norman Regional Director at The Container Store; and Judy Payne Director of Meetings & Travel at GameStop.
Vaca discussed the importance of respect in a business and how customer service can’t exist without company culture.
